Service Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CalendarWise (“the Service”), operated by AGCS LIMITED trading as ARTISTEHUB (Company Registration 10778479), you agree to be bound by these Service Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CalendarWise is a scheduling and booking management platform that enables businesses to manage availability, meeting types, and booking requests. The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without written consent.

5. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Service may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ advance notice.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will endeavour to provide advance notice of significant downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGCS LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
