All intellectual property rights in and to CalendarWise — including but not limited to the software, design, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, graphics, and user interface — are owned by AGCS LIMITED trading as ARTISTEHUB (Company Registration 10778479) or its licensors.

2. Trademarks

“CalendarWise”, “MAPS”, “ARTISTEHUB”, and associated logos are trademarks of AGCS LIMITED. You may not use these marks without prior written consent. Unauthorised use may constitute trademark infringement.

3. Copyright

The content, code, design, and materials available through CalendarWise are protected by copyright laws of England and Wales and international copyright treaties. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any part of the Service without express written permission is prohibited.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service (company logos, descriptions, etc.). By uploading content, you grant AGCS LIMITED a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
